March 22, 2023Great for skin too! I purchased this to add to my skin care regiment, along with a Nicotinamide supplement. After about a month, I began to notice improvements in my skin tone, elasticity and texture. My skin seems to hold moisture better, and definitely looks plumper.

December 10, 2022I've been taking this for awhile, and the capsules are very small, which I like. But I noticed recently it contains calcium palmitate. I researched this ingredient. I don't want it in my body. So I canceled my order. I found the same brand with 30mg, a smaller dose, but it has rice flour in it instead.
